1) All merchandise will only be posted out after the transfer of payment has been confirmed.
2) No refunds are allowed after transfer of payment.
3) Meet ups for exchange of goods will only be allowed at our discretion. We will only consider meet ups if you're absolutely sure of getting the item(s).
4) We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items through mail.
5) Please note that colours of items may differ due to various monitor's colour resolution.
6) We will inform you should there be any additional top-ups for the postage charges. This may apply to those who wish to purchase more than 1 item.
